Who we are
Ensemble Washington is a Seattle-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves as a catalyst for lasting, positive change across Washington State and beyond. We work at the intersection of equity, empowerment, and opportunity, uplifting communities whose voices have been historically marginalized and whose access to resources has been systematically limited.
Founded in 2021. Ensemble Washington was born out of own lived experiences including overcoming barriers, defying stereotypes, and a deep desire to give back. Our nonprofit stands as a pillar of support for those navigating new beginnings and socio-economic barriers, empowering youth to access and excel within the education system, supporting small business growth, creating culturally affirming environments where different communities can cohabit and thrive, and offering guidance to immigrants and refugees.
At its core, Ensemble Washington symbolizes a journey from challenge to opportunity, from isolation to belonging, and from hope to impact.
