Klaus Fadiga is Co-founder and Vice President of Ensemble Washington, where he leads the Marketing Team and drives strategic initiatives that advance the organization’s mission of community empowerment. He holds a double bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, along with a master’s degree in Information Technology and Administrative Management with a specialization in Data Analytics.

Professionally, Klaus serves as a Technical Operations Specialist at a leading technology company, where he designs and implements innovative solutions while optimizing processes to enhance business partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Klaus’s leadership is defined by his commitment to creating sustainable impact by identifying and prioritizing the organizations’ needs,  strategic collaboration initiatives  and continuous innovation.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Klaus is passionate about sport, reading, fitness, networking, and enjoying time his beloved ones.

Arbogaste Steven Twizere is a Senior Tax Consultant living in Seattle, Washington. He was born in Kenya and raised in Togo, giving him a rich multicultural background. Arbogaste earned his degree in Accounting in Washington state. He works full-time at Deloitte, helping clients with tax solutions and financial advice.

He also serves as the financial officer and board member for Ensemble, where he supports the organization’s goals and helps manage its finances.

Outside of work, Arbogaste enjoys traveling, listening to music, playing soccer, and going to the gym. His interests reflect his love for adventure, staying active, and connecting with people from all walks of life.

Facely Maniga co-Founded Ensemble and brings a diverse background in Information Technology, Administration Management, Finance, and Economics. As the chief architect of Ensemble’s vision and operations, Facery drives the organization’s strategic direction and ensures its continued success through collaborative leadership and a relentless focus on future opportunities.

Facely’s journey to establish this organization is deeply personal. Growing up in Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa, he was inspired by his father, Singo Maniga- the former long-serving president of the National Chamber of Agriculture of Côte d’Ivoire and president of the Inter-Regional Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Côte d’Ivoire-whose groundbreaking work in agriculture significantly advanced the nation’s development.  This legacy of service instilled in Facely a profound commitment to fostering economic growth and social mobility. 

Facely holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Finance & Economics and a Master’s in IT & Management from Central Washington University and looks to drive Ensemble’s commitment to empowering individuals to overcome obstacles, achieve their dreams, and build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
