As co-founder and vice president of Ensemble Washington, Klaus Fadiga spearheads strategy and planning, driving initiatives that promote sustainability, economic empowerment, and business development. His mission is to create lasting value and challenge systemic barriers that hinder community growth.
Klaus holds dual bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Administrative Management, along with a master's degree in Information Technology and Business Analytics. He currently works as a Business Operations Account Specialist, bringing data-driven insights and strategic foresight to Ensemble's initiatives.
Beyond his professional work, Klaus is passionate about soccer, music, reading, and global cuisine, embracing diverse cultures and creative expression.
