Ensemble Washington stands as a resolute force for positive change in the State of Washington. Our mission is to strategically invest in the potential of underserved communities, providing the necessary tools and support to transform BIPOC populations’ aspirations into reality.
Our Approach
Connect
Meeting with new people, businesses, and organizations is a critical component of our activities, because it helps us get an inside look at their profiles. This also gives us the opportunity to build a strong network which is vital to our cause. During this phase, we will learn more about their goals and projects, and if those goals and projects meet our selection criteria, then we will invite them to enroll directly in the program they qualify for using our website.
Plan
Upon a partner's enrollment and approval to the program, we move on to the planning phase of the project, which consists of identifying the areas where we can provide support, preparing a scope statement, budgeting, reviewing the deliverables, and proposing an implementation plan.
Build
In this step, we work with our partners to complete different project deliverables.
Sustain
Having completed a project, it is time to present it to our community and enlist their help in ensuring its success and viability.
