Ensemble Washington Launches the Ensemble Navigator Program
March 18, 2026
A Mentorship Initiative Designed to Strengthen Access, Clarity, and Career Direction
Talent is everywhere, but opportunity often depends on access. For many students, first-generation professionals, and members of immigrant communities, the “unwritten rules” of the workplace can feel like a barrier to advancement.
At Ensemble Washington, we believe no one should have to navigate their career path alone. That’s why we are proud to launch the Ensemble Navigator Program on April 19th—a one-on-one mentorship initiative designed to turn professional potential into clear, actionable career direction.
The Navigator Program goes beyond resume support. It is built on the idea that meaningful mentorship can transform not only careers but also confidence and long-term opportunities. Rather than matching participants based solely on industry, the program emphasizes alignment in communication style, shared values, and genuine connections between mentors and mentees.
As Facely (Singo) Maniga, Founder of Ensemble Washington, explains:
“We built the Ensemble Navigator Program because too many talented individuals struggle not from a lack of ability, but from a lack of access. Meaningful mentorship changes trajectories. Our goal is to create a system where individuals are not only guided, but genuinely supported and seen by a trusted advisor throughout their career journey.”
Over the course of three months, mentors and mentees meet virtually regularly to focus on career strategy, resume positioning, interview preparation, professional development, and long-term planning. The program is intentionally designed to be simple and focused, allowing participants to prioritize relationship-building over administrative complexity.
Applications are now open for the April cohort. Students, recent graduates, and professionals exploring career transitions are encouraged to apply as mentees. Experienced professionals who are passionate about supporting others and giving back are invited to apply as mentors.
